PORT OF OSWEGO AUTHORITY INVITATION TO BID INSTALLATION OF SANITARY PUMP OUT STATION OSWEGO INTERNATIONAL MARINA WEST

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Port of Oswego Authority will receive sealed bids for the supply and installation of a sanitary pump out station at the Oswego marina. Such sealed bids must be filed with the Port of Oswego Authority, 1 East Second Street, Oswego, New York 13126 PRIOR TO 2:00 PM local time, April 26, 2010, at which time said bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.

Bid forms and specifications may be obtained from the Port of Oswego Authority, 1 East Second Street, Oswego, New York 13126 (Telephone 315-343-4503).

Note: The Port of Oswego Authority shall not be held responsible for the completeness or accuracy of any bid documents received by the Contractor that were not directly issued to that Contractor by the Engineer.

Any Contractor submitting a bid base on incomplete or inaccurate information resulting from documentation received from any third party shall not have cause for relief from award or completion of a contract in accordance with the official documents.

The Port of Oswego Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
